Work together on quotes
We have expanded the options for team collaboration. From now on, all users in an organization can access all quotes and process them together. This facilitates coordination between sales, purchasing and work preparation departments.
Sneak peek AMB: operational plan at the click of a mouse
We will bring a significantly expanded version of Spanflug MAKE to AMB. The new version clearly displays the automatically calculated costs and manufacturing times in a new operational plan structure. This not only makes the calculation easier to comprehend, but also allows you to precisely plan all required production steps, machines, and materials as early as in the quotation phase.
The automated parts analysis enables you to take a completely new approach to work preparation. Update on near-net-shape products and sawing costs
We would like to inform you that an update of the automatic calculation just went live. In the new version, we have made some decisive optimizations for stocks. Firstly, the condition of the stocks is now displayed in the calculation view and can be edited. This means that the necessary machining allowance will also be taken into account even more accurately in the calculation.
Secondly, the calculation of material and sawing costs has been adapted to different production strategies. This allows you to calculate even more precise prices with Spanflug MAKE in the future.
More information on drills and milling tools
From now on, we will provide you with more information on drills and milling tools, such as the clamping length and point angle. In the case of particularly long drills and unusual point angles, you will receive a warning. This makes it easier for you to comprehend the calculation and to check and take into account unusual requirements.
